Here is our quick start guide on how to use the ICS website.

Step 1: Logging In

When you arrive at ICS you will have the option to Log In. This is so you can access our pricing information without having to log in at a later time. Once you are logged in you will have access to the pricing for the remainder of your visit. If you do not currently have an account # and password for the website, please call us at 800-243-1290 to inquire about getting a login/password.

***Please Note: It is necessary to log in to use our parts search / cross reference guide. ***

First type in your Account # and Password, then click "SUBMIT".
This will bring you to our confirmation page.
Once your account has been verified, begin your part search.

Step 2: Beginning your search

To begin your search you will have to determine what method suits you best.

Methods:

Catalog Quick Search: The fastest and most practical search is by "Part #". You can either search by manufacturer part number or our ICS part number.

Search by Manufacturer: If you do not know any part numbers, the best way to see if we stock the part you need is through the Manufacturer search. Here you can browse our inventory by Manufacturer Model #’s and the type of equipment. So if you wanted to see what we stocked for a particular Make/Model, you can see all the parts we stock for it, all at once.

Search by Multi-Use: We stock lots of multi-use parts. You can browse them by choosing the application they apply to on the navigation menu to the left.

- If you don't have the part number, but know what the part is, your best bet is to use our "Description" search. This will list all the parts with the term or phrase you searched by. Please Note: The more specific you are with the terms you search by, the more specific results will be returned to you.

Step 3: Your search results

Once you have conducted your search, a list of possible matches will appear on the page. If the list appears too vast, to narrow down your search use a more specific term to refine your results or choose a better suited method. (Refer to Step 2)

Once you have found the part you are interested in, you can click the ICS part number located in the third column from the left. Doing so will bring you to the parts "Information Page".

Step 4: Part Information Page

The ICS Part Information page will bring up all the information pertaining to that part.

***You can also go ahead and add a part to your Shopping Cart from the Part Information Page.***

Step 5: Ordering

Browse Ordering: Browse through our online catalog and add parts to your Shopping Cart as you go. When you are finished finding your parts, you can go ahead and complete the order.

Quick Order: If you have a list of parts ready for ordering, using the Quick Order feature is the easiest way to place an order. Here you can enter your list of parts, specifying the quantities you need in the right column. Once you’ve completed your list of parts, submit the order and you will be ready for checkout.

Smart Order: If there are certain parts you end up re-ordering frequently, Smart Order is an effective way to easily re-order those parts if you do not have the part information readily available. Check your smart order status to see what you have available for Smart Order.
