How do I return a part?
AllPoints prides itself on making the return process for customers quick and easy. Simply return the part along with a copy of the original paperwork and state the reason for the return. We highly recommend that customers return their parts via UPS because the shipment can be traced if lost.
If the part you are returning is defective, we will also need you to provide the Model and Serial # of the piece of equipment the part was installed on, and the reason the part is defective, the date it was installed and the date it failed.
Special order parts may not be returnable. Depending upon the date of original purchase, some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
AllPoints reserves the right to deny credit on any part that is not returned in re-sellable condition.
