Don Cox
Chief Financial Officer

Don is a CPA/MBA with over 20 years of financial experience in various industries including distribution, healthcare, professional services, and advertising.  He joined CCC in 2007 as the Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2008.

Tom McCoy
Branch Manager - NV

Tom has been at ICS since 1996. He has previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, pneumatics, cooking, hydronics, building & energy management.

Phil Wisehart

Phil has 20 years inside sales and customer service experience. More than 6 years of this has been in the commercial foodservice industry.

Paul Cohen
Director, Information Systems

Paul came to CCC with 11 years of technology management experience. Previous to CCC, Paul spent most of his time with technology consolidation, security, and integration. He continues his efforts at CCC as we work to grow the business and provide top level service to our customers.

John started with CCC in 2001. Having served in many areas, he has been a driving force in getting information into customers' hands.

Rick Hernandez
Warehouse Manager - IL

Rick has been with CCC for over 14 years. In that time Rick has also served as Customer Service Manager.

Charmaine Mason
Human Resources Manager

Along with managing Human Resources and payroll, Charmaine is also the Continuous Improvement Champion and has been involved with Team Leader Training.  Charmaine is the Employee Communication/Satisfaction team leader and oversees nine other active teams.

Caryn Bloomer
Human Resources Manager - CT

Caryn has been at ICS since 1989. In 1995, she helped establish the Las Vegas branch as the Office Manager. She returned to Connecticut in 2000.

Robbie joined ICS in 2004 with a background in the auto industry. His dedication and perseverance have been an asset to the company ever since.
